REFUND POLICY
Please note that we do not offer refunds on any treatments or products used. However, if you change your mind about your purchased treatment within 14 days and no sessions have been redeemed, we are happy to exchange for another treatment, product or offer you a credit note. On pre-paid treatments, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. If for any medical reason you are advised not to continue with your course of treatments, please obtain a medical report from your doctor: the unredeemed sessions will be refunded proportionally.
LATENESS POLICY
If arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment, but this is not always possible. Service time may be abbreviated or cancelled to avoid delays for other customers. Last minute changes to appointments will be honoured only if a service appointment is available for a later time in the day (of your appointment) and other customers are not inconvenienced. Please be aware that with certain skin treatments it may be necessary for your comfort to arrive 30 minutes prior to your treatment (this will have been advised to you) for the application of numbing cream. Please be advised any lateness will forfeit a skin treatment session if the treatment cannot be carried out.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A charge will be applicable for candidates without 48 hours’ notice.
- If you give 48 hours’ notice, no penalty will be incurred.
- If you cancel less than 48 hours or do not show for a booked appointment, you will lose that session.
Laser and Skin Group will send a free courtesy reminder email or SMS at least 48 hours prior to your appointment; this is NOT a reminder of your 48 cancellation or reschedule period.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS
Please notify us before reserving your treatments if you have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, or are
pregnant.
SHAVING POLICY
Please have the relevant area shaved prior to treatment or additional charges will apply. We require you to shave all areas to be treated with laser prior to your appointment for your health and safety and to ensure you can be treated within the allocated time slot.
Please note that a shaving service is available; however, you will need to book a 30 minutes appointment one or two days before your laser treatment and £25 charge will apply.
We enforce our shaving policy as shaving on the day could potentially lead to rashes, discomfort, or a less effective treatment. Our goal is to force the laser energy into the skin and not waste it above the skin.
UV EXPOSURE POLICY
During your consultation you will be assessed to determine if there has been any UV exposure to the areas due to be treated.
Certain areas such as the face, neck, shoulders, arms and legs are at a greater risk of unintentional sun exposure and therefore will be
considered as high-risk areas for treatment.
We strongly advise that you do not book a laser appointment for two weeks prior to travelling to a hot country and for at least 6 weeks thereafter. Although we complete a patch-test for our treatments, it is advised not to treat skin exposed to sun until it is no longer vulnerable.
If a consultant feels you have been exposed as such, you may be advised to have a re-patch test to ensure your skin is ready for
treatment and is not likely to react unfavourably.
MAKE UP
Please be advised that all makeup, deodorant, perfume, and oil-based products must be removed before treatment. Practitioners will cleanse the area; however we cannot be held responsible for any of the above products that may lay dormant in the skin pores and can cause an adverse reaction.
PAYMENT POLICY
Correct payment must be received before treatment starts on each scheduled booked appointment. If you refuse to pay in advance, we have the right to refuse to treat you.
Agreed instalments must be paid at correct intervals. A deposit or full payment is required to book and schedule your treatment.
A three-part instalment option may be applicable for treatment courses above £1500.

While we make every effort to meet your requests, we cannot guarantee a specific practitioner. All practitioners are
always trained in all undertaken treatments and protocols to ensure your comfort and treatment efficacy.
