As Clinic Director, I have spent the past 25 years working within corporate health clubs, cosmetic surgery clinics and aesthetic clinics in both London and Surrey and my passion is to ensure we deliver a confident new you! Having worked in the wellness and aesthetics industry for over 25 years, Managing Director and founder of the newly-opened Laser and Skin Group (laserskingroup.co.uk), Caroline O’Leary has an abundance of knowledge and experience about the latest trends and procedures.

During the last two decades, Caroline was the driving force behind the success of a number of well reputed corporate health clubs, cosmetic surgery and aesthetic clinics in London and Surrey, including Premier Laser & Skin, Transform Cosmetic Surgery Group and Fitness First.

Her new clinic, The Laser and Skin Group is based in the heart of Watford, Hertfordshire. After opening its doors in spring 2020 it is already receiving rave reviews.

The chic space is a hub for non-invasive procedures. Caroline has rigorously selected a range of cutting-edge age-defying, skin-perfecting and body-sculpting treatments, as well as an array of results-driven skincare for clients to choose from.

Caroline possesses excellent management and mentoring skills, she is highly passionate about maintaining safe practice in the aesthetics world and she passes these ethics onto her team of skilled practitioners.

Aesthetic Doctor Dr Flor Kent DMD, DipProst (USA), MA, BSc is a highly experienced Aesthetic Doctor and has worked within the Aesthetic field since 2008. Dr Kent continues to develop her career by attending Aesthetic conferences and master classes all around the world to ensure she is at the top of her field with the latest training and procedures.

Outside of working hours Flor is a professional artist and sculptor, and is fluent in English and Spanish

Dr Beatriz Martín Hernández is a fully qualified, GMC registered, medical doctor specialising in Aesthetic Medicine. She has been passionate about skin care and dermatological procedures so following her medical degree in Spain she completed a Masters degree in Aesthetic Medicine and Anti-ageing in 2018 at the University Complutense of Madrid (UCM).

Shortly after moving to London in 2018 she started to successfully practice Aesthetic Medicine as well as working as a senior medical officer in colorectal surgery service at St Mark’s Hospital for 2 years.

Since then she has focused on improving her technical skills by attending multiple specialised training courses and masterclasses in different categories such as: fat dissolving injections, Profhilo, advanced dermal fillers and Botulinum Toxin injections. Mesotherapy and Platelet Rich Plasma therapies are also among her most demanded treatments.

Dr Hernandez has consistently received positive feedback from her patients about her caring and warm approach to them and how she makes them feel at ease during their consultations and treatments.

She’s passionate about delivering high quality aesthetic treatments in a safe environment ensuring that every one of our patients gets a tailored treatment plan to meet their individual needs.
