Laser and Skin Group was established in 2019, by Caroline O’Leary who has spent 25 years working within the field of medical aesthetics, fitness, cosmetic surgery and more recently working with doctor led clinics in Harley Street.

Consultations
On arrival to Laser and Skin Group for your consultation, we will welcome you into the clinic and then show you to our dedicated consultation room. We will then ask you to complete a medical history form to inform us of your skin conditions, product use and desired results. Our practitioners will prepare a personalised treatment and aftercare plan and discuss treatment options, answering any questions you may have. In addition, a photograph of the area requiring treatment will be taken for our records which will be compared to a post-treatment image. Photographs are available to view during the consultation, many of these are our actual clients who have consented to share their exceptional results. Client testimonials are also available to view on our website.
Professional advice is a complimentary service offered to all clients.

Treatment costs
We offer a range of structured payment plans for all. Should you require interest-free finance for your procedure we will recommend an FDA approved finance provider who will ensure you do not take on debt you cannot afford. We are regulated by the financial conduct authority and the finance provider will inform you of available interest rates that are fixed. Information is always readily available to support this process.

Safety Measures
We do not proceed with treatment if you do not fully understand the information given and we ask that you take the necessary time to make informed decisions, asking any questions if you are unsure. After-care advice, guidance and telephone support are always available throughout your treatment course and our expert clinic team is always on hand to ensure you are supported and well informed.
Client’s data is stored electronically and is restricted to clinic personnel that have a legitimate need to access it. The clinic is licensed, insured, and regulated by the local authority.
Covid 19 compliant
To protect our clients, visitors and team, our clinic is deep cleaned and sanitised on a regular basis. We provide face masks and ask that all visitors sanitize their hands upon entry and exit.
All medical and repeat treatment forms should be filled out prior to your appointment; if you suffer from any symptoms listed including: a cough, high temperature, shortness of breath or simply feel unwell, please contact us to reschedule your appointments. Our consultation and treatment reviews can be carried out virtually so we will still have time to discuss your progress.
Please attend your appointment alone, on time and not beforehand, to avoid unnecessary contact with other clients. We are operating with extended hours to minimise the number of people in the clinic at any one time.
Our team are equipped with PPE Gear, including masks, visors and gloves and there is a Perspex screen at Reception in compliance with social distancing advice and measures.
*Clients under 18 years must still be accompanied by a parent or guardian
Raising Concerns
Any complaints and concerns you raise will be dealt with fairly, consistently, and promptly. Complaints will be acknowledged in writing and formally responded to within 48 hours. To ensure we never fall below our client satisfaction rating of 98.5%, we operate client surveys every six months and provide regular service calls to our clients. Feedback from our clients is greatly appreciated and carefully considered. We have a continual focus on improvement, and we actively seek your thoughts and suggestions on how we can improve our service and treatments.
